Rescues
We occasionally take in a rescue to rehome and we have several
friends that devote their time and efforts to Cattle Dog Rescue.
If you are looking for a companion, good family pet or
performance dog and wish to give a surrendered Australian
Cattle Dog a second chance, we will be happy to aim you in that
direction.
Let us know if we can be of any help.
Thanks!
"Squeak"
Squeak is a three year old blue female that was owner surrendered to a high kill
municipal/county animal control. As you can see from her pictures Squeak has plenty of herding
instinct. She is very steady - never abusive to the stock. She'll stop when asked and call off. This
little dog would make an excellent prospect for someone that wanted to compete in herding
trials. She is a very good dog. Squeak will follow me all around the farm, gets on well with other
dogs, walks on leash without tugging, and goes to her kennel when asked. She's house broken,
up to date on vaccinations, spayed, and micro-chipped. All Squeak needs is a home to call her
own. She has a very even temperament and would be fine with children too.
